Who is responsible

jaipur.lol is operated by Nitesh Sharma, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. For any privacy question or request, email www.nitesh100@gmail.com.

What is collected

• Listing details you submit — business name, website, Instagram handle, description, category and city. This is published publicly on the board, which is the point of the service.
• Bid and payment records — bid amount, timestamp, payment status and the payment reference returned by Razorpay. Card, UPI and bank details are handled entirely by Razorpay and are never stored by jaipur.lol.
• Account email — if you sign in (including with Google) to manage a listing.
• Usage events — anonymous counts of outbound clicks on listing links, and an anonymous count of visitors currently viewing the site. These are aggregate counters, not personal profiles.

Why it is used

To publish and rank listings, take and verify payments, show businesses how their listing performs, generate AI Visibility Reports, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Your data is not sold, and listing contact details are not shared with third-party marketers.

Cookies and analytics

A session cookie or local storage entry is used to keep you signed in if you log in — this is strictly necessary for the site to work. Aggregate traffic and click counters are stored on jaipur.lol’s own backend rather than sold to an ad network. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set. You can block cookies in your browser; the public boards will still work, but signing in will not.

Processors

Razorpay (payments), and the site’s hosting and database providers, process data on jaipur.lol’s behalf so the service can run. AI Visibility Reports are generated by sending a business’s public details (name, website, category) to an AI model provider — no payment data is sent.

Retention

Listing and bid records are kept while the listing is live and afterwards for accounting purposes, for up to 8 years as required for financial records in India. Aggregate click counts are kept indefinitely in anonymous form.

Your rights and removal requests

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask for your listing and personal details to be removed. Email www.nitesh100@gmail.com from an address connected to the business. Requests are actioned within 7 days. Financial records that must legally be retained are kept even after a listing is removed.
