1. Who runs this site
jaipur.lol is owned and operated by Nitesh Sharma, based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. You can reach the operator at www.nitesh100@gmail.com. By using the site or placing a bid you agree to these terms.
2. Paid ranking — how positions work
jaipur.lol is a paid leaderboard. Position on any city and category board is determined solely by the amount a business bids. A higher bid ranks higher; ties are broken by whichever listing went live first. Nothing else moves the board: no editorial review, no quality assessment, no rating, and no endorsement of any listed business. Rankings are advertising placements and should not be read as a recommendation.
3. Bids and payment
Bids start at ₹100 and are capped at ₹2,000 per listing. Payments are processed by Razorpay; jaipur.lol does not store your card or banking details. A listing goes live once payment is confirmed. Placing a higher bid later raises your position from that moment onwards — it does not backdate.
4. Refunds
Bids are non-refundable once the listing is live, because the placement is delivered immediately. If a payment was taken but your listing never went live, or you were charged twice, email www.nitesh100@gmail.com with the payment reference and the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. What you may list
You may only list a business you own or are authorised to represent, in a category that genuinely describes it. Listings must not contain illegal, misleading, adult, or hateful content, and must not impersonate another business. Listings that breach this may be removed without refund.
6. Removing a listing
A business owner can request removal of their listing at any time by emailing www.nitesh100@gmail.com from an address connected to the business, or by messaging the Instagram account listed. Removal requests are actioned within 7 days. Removal at the owner’s request does not refund an active bid.
7. AI Visibility Reports
The AI Visibility Score is jaipur.lol’s own estimate of how discoverable a business appears to AI assistants. It is provided as-is, is not a guarantee of any outcome, and is not issued, verified, or endorsed by OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity, or any other company.
8. Availability and liability
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. Reasonable effort is made to keep boards online and accurate, but no uptime, traffic, click volume, or business outcome is guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
9. Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated; the date at the top reflects the latest version. Indian law applies and the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction over any dispute.
